Personalized orders include an artwork stage and a production stage before transit. This guide explains what happens between checkout and delivery.

Timing has three parts

Artwork review, product production and carrier transit are separate timeframes. Check the product page and your order emails for the most current estimate.

    Artwork and proof

    Your photos are reviewed and a proof is prepared. Production does not begin until the required approval step is complete.

    Personalized production

    Production time depends on the product and begins after artwork approval. The current estimate is shown on the product page or order update.

  3. 3

    Shipment and tracking

    When the parcel leaves production, tracking is sent to the email used at checkout. Carrier scans can take time to appear.

    Delivery support

    If tracking stops updating or the parcel arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and photos of the packaging when relevant.
